 Hi friends,

While everyone has things like going to the gym, making more money or travelling as their new year goals, mine is giving some more time to myself 😊
Being a new mom my whole day was spent taking care of of my child. Removing even 10 mins a day felt like a task 🙁but this year no more excuses. so i decided to take care of my mental as well as physical health .â˜ēī¸

So I decided to bring a small changes in my day to day and make my life better. I recently decided to drink hot water empty stomach and do yoga🧘‍♀ī¸for half an hour in the morning and focus on my breath. My days have become so much better, productive and peaceful.

This has really brought in significant changes to my personality. I strongly suggest you make a New Year Ritual, one that works for you the best.
